"Shannon is the light at the end of the tunnel you have been waiting for. With yoga and Reiki, she walks you every step of the way by explaining every movement and breathing exercise beforehand. She puts you at ease by allowing you to move based on your own comfort level and to your own specific limit. She will even give you alternate movement exercises in case you need them. I left the yoga and Reiki session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and like a whole new me."
